Learn to drum and sing at the same time!
It’s transformative to entrain the body, the mind, and heart to sing and play simple rhythms on the drum together as one.
This offering is designed for 1:1 as well as groups in person.
We learn basic solkattu patterns for drumming with both hands and simple medicine songs, as well as humming, toning, vocalizing, light language, mantras, chants, and affirmations.
Our themes are heart centered meditative, trance-inducing, healing and fun.
Drumming and singing is a powerful and playful way to amplify our dreams, prayers, and intentions.
The power of sound and the vibrations of our voice with the resonance of the drum is magnified with our intentions.
It is an incredible way to raise our frequencies and connect to our soul essence which is divine.
